Bush Reversal - or is it?
Bush today reversed his policy towards Afghanistan and, citing the Marshall Plan, he stated that we needed long-term support to rebuild war-ravaged countries. However, it was then made clear that this did not mean the one thing that everyone says Afghans need most - peace keeping troops!
