I’m happy to announce that DER has made Acting Like a Thief available from Google Video. You can, of course, still download the movie for free from our web site using bittorrent, but for those who want it the easy way you can get a high-quality download from Google Video for $19.95, or a day pass for $9.95. Hopefully this will make it possible for more people to see the film. Shashwati’s film Mahasweta Devi: Witness, Advocate, Writer is also up on both its new DER web site and Google Video.
Both films now have study guides, also available from the DER web sites. We worked hard putting these together, and they’re free, so please take a look!
